    Maximizing revenues through proactive sales activities, high levels of creativity, along with thorough market knowledge.


    • Selling exhibition space and Ad space to corporate clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions and delegate acquisition.
    • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements (via meetings, telephone, mail, etc.)
    • Cold calling to arrange meetings, meeting potential clients for new business, provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
    • Preparing and presenting sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge, benchmarking with best industry practices.
    • Servicing and meeting clients’ needs during operations, exhibition itself and dismantling.

    Channel Management:

    • Establishing strategic alliance/ tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
    • Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities, implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets.

    Client Servicing:

    • Ensuring high quality customers experience and satisfactions, while adhering to the work processes.
    • Assessing customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement and proving feedback to the associates on improvements and achieving customer satisfaction matrices.

  • Sales Executive – Fresher (0- 1 Years)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
    • Initiate and facilitate personal meetings and interactions with potential clients, media buying agencies through cold calls, references and research.
    • Selling products & services by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
    • Preparing reports and maintaining clientele lists and contacts.
    • Provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
    • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

    Educational Qualification:

  • Admin & Back office Executive

    Experience : 1 to 3 years

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting the management of the organization in performing their key responsibilities.
    • Look after the finances of the organization – tracking bills and receipts, enters the relevant information in the books of accounts and processes accounts every week, month, and year. They ensure the accounts are maintained in accordance to the business laws.
    • Data Management - Drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management. It includes documents related to employees, finance, marketing, law, etc.
    • Assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises, scheduling events, and organizing meetings and appointments.
    • Educational Qualification and desired skills:

      • Commerce Graduate
      • Experience on working Tally
      • Hands on experience on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Good interpersonal and organizing skills.
