Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Website Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress to build, customize, and manage websites efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who prefers smart, tool-driven development over heavy coding and is enthusiastic about using AI-powered tools to improve speed, quality, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg).

• Perform basic HTML/CSS edits for layout and design adjustments.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI website builders to streamline development tasks.

• Integrate forms, payment gateways, SEO plugins, and performance tools.

• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

• Coordinate with design and SEO teams to implement updates.

• Handle website security, backups, updates, and routine maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of practical experience in WordPress website development.

• Strong understanding of website structure, UI, and usability principles.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing and customization.

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for development support.

• Ability to work with websites in multiple languages.

• Familiarity with hosting, domain setup, and website deployment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Elementor Pro or WP Bakery.

• Basic knowledge of website speed optimization.

• Exposure to AI-based website builders or no-code platforms.
