Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Business Head to lead overall business growth, revenue strategy, and client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, excellent decision-making ability, and deep understanding of the events and experiential industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy, revenue planning, and growth execution.

• Drive high-value client acquisition, partnerships, and long-term retention.

• Manage and mentor business development and client servicing teams.

• Oversee pricing strategy, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Monitor business performance, pipelines, forecasts, and targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business leadership (events/experiential preferred).

• Strong network and proven track record in closing large deals.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience leading multi-city / national business expansion.

• Strong understanding of brand events, corporate events, and exhibitions.
