Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals in the corporate and brand events space.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
Pitch event solutions to corporate and brand clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
Manage negotiations and drive closure of deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in business development (events preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience handling corporate clients and closing deals.
Ability to work on targets and manage multiple opportunities.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Existing client network in corporate/brand ecosystem.
Experience in B2B sales for agencies, events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
