Role Overview

We are hiring confident and energetic Business Development Executives to support lead generation, client meetings, and sales conversion. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and willingness to travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns.

  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.

  • Build strong client relationships and support closure activities.

  • Travel Pan-India for client meetings and business opportunities (as required).

  • Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.

  • Excellent communication skills and confident personality.

  • Presentable, professional, and client-facing approach.

  • Willingness to travel Pan-India when required.

  • Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in events, advertising, marketing agencies, or hospitality sales.

  • Knowledge of corporate event sales cycle.
