Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals in the corporate and brand events space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and market research.

  • Pitch event solutions to corporate and brand clients.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.

  • Manage negotiations and drive closure of deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development (events preferred).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience handling corporate clients and closing deals.

  • Ability to work on targets and manage multiple opportunities.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Existing client network in corporate/brand ecosystem.

  • Experience in B2B sales for agencies, events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
