Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and support lead generation through digital and offline marketing. The ideal candidate should have a good mix of branding + execution and the ability to work closely with design, content, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google, lead campaigns).
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for marketing creatives and content.
- Manage brand communication across website, social platforms, and marketing collateral.
- Support event promotions, company branding, and lead generation activities.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Work closely with sales/business teams to support growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing (agency or brand side).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital campaigns.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing activities end-to-end.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, lifestyle or corporate branding.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
