Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals in the corporate and brand events space.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
- Pitch event solutions to corporate and brand clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Manage negotiations and drive closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in business development (events preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling corporate clients and closing deals.
- Ability to work on targets and manage multiple opportunities.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Existing client network in corporate/brand ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B sales for agencies, events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
