Role Overview
We are hiring confident and energetic Business Development Executives to support lead generation, client meetings, and sales conversion. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and willingness to travel across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Build strong client relationships and support closure activities.
- Travel Pan-India for client meetings and business opportunities (as required).
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills and confident personality.
- Presentable, professional, and client-facing approach.
- Willingness to travel Pan-India when required.
- Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in events, advertising, marketing agencies, or hospitality sales.
- Knowledge of corporate event sales cycle.
