Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience who can translate concepts into visually engaging designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be proficient with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual communications. Your work will help strengthen our brand identity and support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual content including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Work with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver creative design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Design layouts, refine images, and ensure visual assets are optimized for various platforms and audiences.
- Maintain and enforce consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Present and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency with Canva and industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with both digital and print media and prepare design files accordingly.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and practical design skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of additional design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, or After Effects.
- Basic understanding of web design principles, UI/UX basics, or motion graphics.
- Experience in marketing or agency environments with diverse design projects.
