Eminent jury assess the short-listed projects for the ambitious designers’ competition felicitating the winners at the Awards Ceremony.

Ardent, Expressive, and Enlightening; the Expressions Art Installation Competition is an exhibit showcasing remarkable art pieces from the design world. The competition is a testament to the works of handmade functional art by the students of architecture and interior design across the country. The exhibit captures the meaning of art and the essence of the artists today, channeling abstract thought and innovative design. FOAID rewards the upcoming talent whilst also acquainting the visitors to the creativity of masterpieces designed by the students. The Architecture Ideas Competition is an annual national competition crafted to recognize deserving works of the Gen-Next designers. It’s a platform for India’s young and upcoming Architects and Interior Designers as a chance to showcase their works. The competition is a catalyst to highlight significant works of young architects and interior designers through a meticulous round of live presentations, followed by a Q & A round with the jury. A jury panel of Design Professionals, Theorists, Researchers, and Academicians from multiple disciplines from across India access the various sub-categories in the Architecture and Interior Design category. The winners are selected through One online and Two Live Jury rounds across New Delhi and Mumbai, felicitated in the Award Ceremony.

Uncensored- Straight from the Heart is designed exclusively for the students of architectural discourse. It is a platform where ideas are communicated and questions are answered, uncensored. The students can interact with a panel of established architects and interior designers from across the country, ask questions and discuss various topics. Asking questions is such an important part of architectural education: to develop interest and critical thinking skills, to review learning, and stimulate students to pursue knowledge on their own.
